A lot have accured in Ishmael during these few pages. Ishmael got done explaining to the main character the difference between Takers and leavers. Takers are those want to to control their own life. These are the people who like farming. Leavers are those who want god to control their life and to live their life like any other animal. These are the people who like hunting and gathering.
As i reach near the end of the book; it started to become clear to me what message the author is trying to send out. Yet, there are still many confusions. There isn't much change in the characters. Ishmael is still being Ishmael. He still teaches but i feel like there's something big that's going to happen soon. The main character is still the main character. i feel like the author left the character's name unspoken for a reason.
Questions----
1) Why is the main character's name still unspoken of?
2) What is the message that Ishmael is trying to send?
