Summary: Chapter 20

In chapter 20, the Joads along with casy arrived at a hoverville. They found themselves with many thousand other familys stuck in a similiar situation. With their arrive there was a side dish of trouble that came along. First, the man yelled at Pa. Pa got so mad that he was about to start a fight. Then came the lady who complain to Ma, because of the food Ma feed to their kids. Next, the cops came and Tom beat him up. Tom was so close into going back to jail until Casy offered to take the blame. Chapter 20 was wrapped up with another departure. After knowing that the camp was about to get burn up ,the Joads once again started traveling looking for a brighter future.
